These terms are the agreement between you and Ijlal Nasir (“we”, “us”) for using the UnclutrdFlow app. By creating an account you accept them. Our privacy policy explains how we handle your data.
Who can use it
You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live. Keep your sign-in details safe: you are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us at support@unclutrdflow.com if you think someone else has used it.
Your content
What you capture stays yours. You give us permission to store, copy, process and display it only as far as needed to run UnclutrdFlow for you, including sending it to the service providers named in the privacy policy to sort, transcribe and summarise it. This permission ends when you delete the content or your account.
You are responsible for what you capture, and you confirm you have the right to store it.
AI and reminders
Sorting, transcripts, titles, dates, summaries and answers are produced automatically and can be wrong. Check anything that matters. They are not medical, legal, financial or professional advice.
Reminders depend on your phone’s settings, battery optimisation and Android itself. We work hard to make them fire on time, but don’t rely on UnclutrdFlow alone for anything critical, such as medication or safety.
Fair use
Don’t use UnclutrdFlow to break the law or anyone’s rights; to store or share content that exploits children; to attack, overload, reverse-engineer or get around the limits of the app or its servers; or to resell it. Free daily limits apply per person, not per device or account.
Pro subscriptions
- Pro is sold through Google Play as a weekly, monthly or annual subscription. The price is shown in Google Play before you buy.
- It renews automatically until you cancel in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal; Pro stays on until the end of the period you paid for.
- A free trial, where offered, turns into a paid subscription at its end unless you cancel before.
- Refunds follow Google Play’s refund policy. Your consumer rights where you live still apply.
- If a price changes, Google Play tells you beforehand and, where the law requires, asks for your agreement.
- Deleting your account doesn’t cancel a subscription. Cancel it in Google Play.
The free version shows ads and has daily limits on AI sorting, voice time and other features, as described in the app. We may change what each plan includes; a change that reduces what you paid for won’t apply until your next renewal.
Other services
UnclutrdFlow relies on Google, Anthropic, Soniox, Groq, RevenueCat and AdMob. Their own terms govern their services, and an outage on their side can make features unavailable for a while. Links you save open sites we don’t control.
Ending your use
You can stop at any time and delete your account. We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms, and we will tell you why unless the law prevents it. If we ever shut UnclutrdFlow down, we will give at least 30 days’ notice so you can copy what you need.
No warranty
UnclutrdFlow is provided “as is” and “as available”. As far as the law allows, we make no promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or fit for a particular purpose. Keep your own copy of anything you can’t afford to lose.
Liability
As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost data or lost profits, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or US$50 if that is more. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law, such as for fraud, or for death or injury caused by negligence.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. If you live elsewhere as a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country and may bring a claim in its courts.
Changes and contact
When these terms change we update the date above, and we’ll tell you in the app before an important change takes effect. If you keep using UnclutrdFlow after that, the new terms apply.
