Delete your UnclutrdFlow account

Deleting your account removes your sign-in and everything you captured. It can’t be undone.

In the app · done at once

1Open UnclutrdFlow and tap Profile.
2Tap AI & data.
3Tap Delete account, type DELETE and confirm.

You need to be online. Your data is deleted straight away and you are signed out. If something goes wrong, the app tells you; try again and it finishes the job, or write to us.

Without the app · within 7 days

Uninstalled it, or lost your phone? Email us from the address you sign in with, so we know the account is yours.

Subject: Delete my account. If you signed in with Google, write from that Google address. We delete the account within 7 days and reply to confirm. We may ask one question to check it’s you.

What gets deleted

Deleted

Your sign-in: email, name and profile photo
Every capture: text, transcripts, titles, tags, dates and reminders
Photos and voice recordings you attached
Collections, weekly summaries and settings
Your daily usage counters

Kept for a while

Purchase records at Google Play and RevenueCat, as billing and tax law require
Usage analytics and crash reports, which aren’t linked to your account and expire within 14 months
Server logs, which expire after 30 days

Have Pro? Deleting your account doesn’t cancel the subscription. Cancel it first in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions.

Delete some data, keep the account

Swipe a capture left, or open it and tap Delete, to remove it and its photo.
Turn off usage analytics or crash reports in Profile → AI & data.
